Despite the severe siege and restrictions imposed during Syria’s most difficult period, Technolead has proudly delivered a major control system rehabilitation project for the tank field at Baniyas, operated by the Syrian Company for Oil Transport (SCOT). This achievement underscores our commitment to innovation, resilience, and excellence in industrial automation—even under the toughest circumstances.

🔧 Key Project Deliverables:

  • Automated Valve Control System – Installed a centralized SCADA-based system to remotely operate and monitor 170 valves across multiple RTUs.
  • Suction Pump Control Upgrade – Replaced outdated local panels with a modern remote-controlled system for petroleum derivative pipelines.
  • Oil Export Pump Modernization – Upgraded the control system for Pumps 6 & 7, integrating them into the SCADA network for seamless operation.
  • Enhanced Pipeline Monitoring – Installed pressure & temperature sensors for real-time safety and performance tracking.
  • Optical Fiber Network Deployment – Established a high-speed communication backbone linking RTUs to the central control room.
  • MIMIC Panel & SCADA Integration – Revitalized the control room with a restored MIMIC panel and advanced SCADA monitoring.

💡 Why This Matters:

  • - Increased Efficiency: Remote operation reduces manual intervention, minimizing downtime.
  • - Improved Safety: Real-time monitoring prevents leaks and pressure hazards.
  • - Sustainable Infrastructure: Modernizing legacy systems ensures long-term reliability.
  • - Overcoming Adversity: Delivered under extreme logistical challenges, proving our adaptability and technical expertise.

This project not only supports Syria’s critical oil infrastructure but also demonstrates how cutting-edge automation can transform industrial operations—even in the most constrained environments.

👏 Kudos to our incredible team for their dedication and skill!
