Plant Asset Management by Endress+Hauser
A healthy, well-tuned plant is the key to
It can be achieved by optimizing industrial workflows and asset-related business processes across the entire lifecycle of the plant, i.e. by implementing an effective plant asset management (PAM) system.
Rather than offering blanket plant asset management packages that provide unnecessary features at unwanted costs, Endress+Hauser focuses on customer needs. Our solutions are tailored to user requirements and draw upon a basket of tools that are selected to fit the task at hand.
By exploiting synergies between the tools, products and services, we provide optimum support for your process, for example:
W@M: Collecting/setting of relevant asset information, its storage and provision over the entire lifecycle
FieldCare: Recognition, monitoring and prediction of asset health status for decision support
CompuCal: Planning and decision-making concerning maintenance activities
With our W@M concept, Endress+Hauser offers online and offline tools to handle the information management throughout the whole lifecycle of your plant. What's more, our WAM tools are not solely confined to Endress+Hauser information, additional third party information can be inputted. With this single point of information access, the workflows for maintenance tasks can be greatly enhanced. Be it a calibration protocol, a picture or drawing of the device or spare part lists for Endress+Hauser instruments, with the W@M tools the information can be sourced quickly and conveniently - a real advantage in traceability, safety and availability.
FieldCare is Endress+Hauser's tool for the configuration, monitoring and diagnosis of field devices. It is offered in two versions: FieldCare Device Setup is supplied with every Endress+Hauser device with a DTM and provides simple configuration, independent of communication protocol; FieldCare PAM has W@M connectivity, can be used for condition monitoring and offers optional iDTMs for HART and FOUNDATION fieldbus. The latter allows any third party device without a native DTM to be operated, i.e. all devices registered with the HART Communication Foundation and the Fieldbus Foundation. A truly powerful way to manage assets across the entire plant.
CompuCal is Endress+Hauser's calibration and maintenance management tool. It increases efficiency in calibration by automatic tracking of deviations and corrective actions, planning and scheduling of calibration and maintenance routines as well as ensuring traceability. Measuring point history is available at the push of a button. Using web-based technology, CompuCal supports paperless working without installing software on many clients. It is FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.
